International Zoo Services offers consultancy services to zoos on the following aspects of the zoo management .
- The concept plan and master plan development with regard to new projects or in order to restructure existing projects
- The design of new animal enclosures
- Assistance in the recruitment of expert zoo personnel
- Management services to optimalize cost control in zoos and a thorough eximination of zoos in order to improve zoo efficiency .
